I would recommend you finding a Fully managed providor as things may not turn out right if you do not know what you are doing.

You definitely need a fully managed provider, as Anthony said. There is A LOT more to server work than simply installing the basics and moving on through trial and error. You also need it to be secured professionally, optimised, etc. Time to move elsewhere or outsource your support ASAP -- before the server is hacked and then used for Spam.

Well, You need to do some preliminary steps inorder to make safe your server from hacks and other threats. Let us know the specification of the server. Is it windows or linux?

hate to break it to you, but if you have a PLESK box, you won't be installing fantastico anytime soon as that if for Cpanel. You should look at a managed provider if you are worried about making mistakes.

You should take a look at the fully managed offerings from companies such as TS, PSM, EZSM, etc at least for the first few months anyway... they might help you learn what to do.
