You can usually set your own costs from free to a million bucks

gueadi,
Though free hosting often leads to many security issues, many hosts still like to host it. In your case, i think you won't need a billing panel. Hence bargain with the host who provide WHMCS also with their plans to get the service much cheaper

They allow you to offer free hosting but most of the countries in Asia are on their not allowed list. I think you should also consider a cheap VPS for what you are planning.

Most host companies like crocweb or hawkhost would never sell reseller accounts to others so they can offer it for free. Don't mean to sound rude but how would you feel if you just paid for Premium hosting that someone is getting for free. Free hosting companies like youhosting and others have separate servers for just free users and others for just paid members..

This is from their faq page http://www.youhosting.com/en/page/faq , maybe they have forgotten to update it.

I think VPS should be the best choice if you need something flexible. Unmanaged VPS + cPanel license can be below $20 budget

A lot of reseller-plan hosts specifically forbid using the account for free hosting.

Yes, this is true. Read TOS first!

Thanks for pointing this out, it is quite true. I would go the VPS route and set some limits like limiting the number of emails to 50 per hour to limit abuse via SPAM

gueadi once you're up and running, be sure to validate free signup requests using the same policies you would for paid accounts. Abuse is going to be a very big issue.

You will end up shutting down your "free business" later.
Not a good idea.
Why not charge a little and put ad in their site?

I respectfully think that YouHosting.com is a bad resseller. There up-time is like in the 40% out of 100%. I registered an account with them and 30% of my clients can load the site and the other half couldn't so they had to move to another web host. Like Wtf

gueadi did you know most people used free hosting usually they dont have much traffic, if you plan place advert why you dont create many blogspot etc.. and place your ads?
If people have big traffic they will use paid hosting even they used own dedicated server

Free hosting is a waste of time. Though it is ok if you are just learning...
It is best to use a VPS.

Id get a small VPS this will save you the hassle of them terminating your account due to breaking the TOS

For the services Youhosting provide I think it's exceptional, because you can get it free. About some weeks ago I got a free VIP membership just by posting 150 post on their forums. You can also get their free VIP plan by referring clients to Youhosting.
So I'll recommand you to try them out.

Also, most resellers don't allow FREE hosting to be sold on their plans, but some hosts will look around that if you keep them warned before hand.
