Webhostingworld.net Review

Posted by new2world, 03-12-2013, 07:12 AM
I have been with webhostingworld.net for 2 years and what I have found that one should not invest or buy web hosting with them unless you have a very small website where you just want to put open your website and leave it. You wouldn't get any warning if you run your forums and it's use any cpu usage around 10% and you will be locked out and they will charge you like $50 to give you vps access to solve the issue. I had forum running with them and this is how they treated me and ate up my database by Blake mailing give us money or it will be deleted. So better to stay away from this company. They also charge recurring payment from paypal. If you don't need their service, and you submit the ticket to billing depart. You will receive no response and their live chat support will just say wait for the response. I am waiting from their billing depart, because they automatically charge from my paypal while I no longer need their services and want my money back but they act like cheap guys just for $12. I don't know if there is option in paypal to ask for refund by the company as it's not been 45 days, If anyone knows kindly let me know. Thanks Best regards

Unlimited plans for a dollar a month, I would stay far away from such hosts. How long have you been waiting for a response to your billing ticket?

The last message was at 03/04/2013 12:30 And it's still in progress, upon chatting with them, they just say, billing depart will contact you blah blah. What to investigate in such issues and took too much time to respond? Like whole week? really.

Find a better host; there are many. Make your budget $5 per month and you won't have these problems.

It's means that if you have forum and there is some sort of script that is consuming 10% of cpu usage. They will disable your website/Account for working and keep the database of the forum. Unless you buy vps from them or if you want to continue within share environment they will just delete the whole database of your forum that's include all your posting, user registered etc Rather than giving you access to sort out which script is consuming high as they do have records of this.

Still chats support says they forward it to billing depart more over, they close the ticket status so that it's look like they forget etc. I am attaching the link of the chat supports here Update the ticket. I will be posting screen shot what ever I will received from them so that other can think twice before going with them.
