| Hello people,
I have a reseller account with a x company who, after 6 years, I am ready to go somewhere else.
So I need few suggestions, maybe your gonna be able to help me according to my specs and of course, your experience and words will be appreciated.
Space : Actually, Im using 20gb of 50 allowed. So, 50 is good.
Bandwidth : Must match the space. 250 to 700?
Cpanel : WHM and normal to go with all my account right now. Must have at least 20 sub cpanel account.
IPS : 3 - 1 for http, 2 for dns
DNS: Private DNS according to my domain name
Backup : The provider must do their own backup of my data. Peace of mind !
Location : Canada EAST or USA north-east.Canada prefered.
Download, ping and latency : At least 20mbs. Nice ping according to my Quebec location.
Mail : Unlimited mailbox. Own mailserver alias according to each domain. mail.domain-name.com, mail.customer2.com for example.
And others stuff like : Softaculous, Mysql and ROUNDCUBE !
Expected price to pay : Actually paying 25$ per month. Can go to 30 or 35$ if offer and service are very good. By very good I mean : Tickets response under 24h.

| Check out Netelligent, they are pretty good.
I don't know what kind of backup they have or do for clients though.

| CrocWeb is is based in Canada (don't remember exactly where), might be worth a look.

| 1 for CrocWeb. They are based in Montreal. Fast support. I have used them for almost a year now without a complaint.

| Thank you. Their server are based in near Montreal with netelligent. Fast ping, fast download, dedicated IP and support is great. Migration have been done this week-end with no trouble. They tell me 12-24h but it took 2 hours and a night for DNS change.
