Does anyone know a reseller of Akamai's Dynamic Site Accelerator?

I'm looking for a reseller of Akamai's DSA service. So far I have found IPOWER and distributioncloud, anyone know of any others? Thanks!

Unfortunately that is a list of sites which use their accelerated delivery system, not resellers of it.
