Reseller.biz quality?

Posted by agent452, 10-20-2012, 06:11 AM
Hello, I have in mind to buy a good reseller. Reseller.biz seems to be very solid as they sell only for what you really need. Have you some reviews of this hosting company? I would also know if they have their own datacenter or they use services such resellerclub? Last edited by agent452; 10-20-2012 at 06:18 AM.

Their website seems to be down

Resell.biz is part of the much larger UK2 group. I think it's safe to say they are not reselling ResellerClub services. They do use the logicboxes domains system developed by ResellerClub/Directi.

Resell.biz basically are Domain Registrar. Are you using their web hosting reseller or domain reseller?

We have used for 2 years as well, it is awesome, but their support only working business hours ( i think )

Domain Registration system is 100% automated. If you know how to use it correctly, You won't have any problems with it.

Don't have idea about their reseller hosting. But, I'm using Domain Registration, it's very easy and user-friendly !

Yes, I also commented only about the domain registration. Nothing else.

I would read reviews or comments about their hosting service, not domain service. I would buy hosting reseller from them. I can trust their hosting? I don't want angry customers

I would read reviews on google but i think they are quite reliable.

I no trust and no recommend them. Look at http://www.webhostingtalk.com/archiv.../t-944439.html to see the reason. I recommend Hostdime/Surpasshosting for reseller hosting. They have their own data center. Their support is fast and friendly.

The only problem with hostdime is that sell unlimited space/bw reseller... not trustable in my opinion if you reach a lot of customers.

They don't provide unlimited space and don't allow overselling. But we have a lot of reseller hostings on their different servers for 6 years and host hundred and hundred web sites without a problem. Their service is managed and support team help us for most things. The support response time is about 30 minutes in average. I don't think that you can easily find a more reliable provider than Hostdime.

Don't have that much in knowledge about there reseller hosting, but heard you receives your account instantly after successful payment, which other registrar doesn't provide.

Thanks for your comments. I did a mistake, hostdime hasn't unlimited reseller. I confused it with another company. I would know, resell.biz hosting reseller can let me build my own site from 0, trough ftp, or i'm only forced to personalize their white label platform.

DNS SUCKS SO BAD, if you have a domain registered with them and you change your IP, you cannot do it, YOU MUST USE THEIr STUPID Name servers, so OUTDATED in today's world/ AVOID RESELL.BIZ, THeY SUCK! No Support

you will eventually need some human support, worth the extra 1-2$ per month IMHO

Take a good look at Hudson Valley Hosting. (http://www.hudsonvalleyhost.com/reseller.php) They may be just what you need.
