Wich is more reliable this for windows?
I think than Mysql, and PostgreSQL, would be unlimited because are gnu/opensource databases. MatrixReseller have as unlimited the Mysql and PostgreSQL databases
Are they reliable?

| 97% Uptime looks good ... but there are other hosts who provided the uptime than what you have. But you really need to check out the things regarding other stuff with their support only.

| You can also try mochahost, sangwan, reseller2host. They got a good review for reseller hosting.
And 97% uptime is good but I'll suggest you to go for 99%.
