Recommendation Reseller Windows Plesk

| In past I need a recommendation of linux hosting and the answer was good with the result of ezpzhosting , a good provider ..... and now I need the same , but in windows with plesk panel.
Now I have mochahost.com , but have a lot of problems , I need something like this but with good service.
I found other web www.dailyrazor.com , but not have a White Brand.
The money isn't a problem, but no VPS. Reseller hosting.

| I don't get it. If money is not a problem then why not VPS or Dedi?

| My condicion it is easy , no VPS or Dedicate Server. And I show 2 example.
