Is eLief Trustable?

Posted by victor-t, 09-05-2009, 05:03 AM
Is eLief.com a scam or not? Their costs are fairly reasonable for what they provide and I am wondering if they do what they say. I went and look for some reviews, most of them are positive, but I am still not sure if they are a scam or not? Please tell me if you had a reseller plan with eLief, I would like to check out your reviews. -Victor

They have been around for quite sometime, so if they we're a scam i'm sure you would of read a negative review about them by now.

Good point, how about their stability/uptime?

E-mail them and ask them about their servers performance for the last 6 months. I doubt they are a scam, they've been around for quite some time.

Great idea to e-mail the company. Perhaps WhoIS their domain name to see when it was purchased. That will give you some time line of how long the companies been in operation. Best of luck!

Hi Victor, we have been in business for over 2 years and as the owner I can tell you that we certainly are not a scam . We just started a Ratepoint profile so you can check out some of our recent reviews - http://www.ratepoint.com/profile/17632. I don't think we have too many clients who frequent WHT so you might not get too many responses on us here. Feel free to email me directly at [ Rich @ eLief.com ] if you have any questions.

Thanks for all the comments, is very useful! eLief, is there master resellers plan?

Posted by eLief, 09-05-2009, 08:23 PM
No, master reselling is not available, though discounts are if you have multiple reseller plans with us. I don't think we're allowed to discuss this here per forum rules so feel free to contact our sales department.

We honor our refund policy completely. Any refunds requested within our 60 day money back guarantee period will be honored, unless you have violated our terms of service or are past the 60 day period. If you have a ticket ID I would gladly look into this for you. Last edited by eLief; 06-23-2011 at 10:12 PM.

Muhammad, The refund was never sent because you submitted a PayPal dispute before we were able to process the refund. When you submit a paypal dispute and escalate it, the funds are locked and it is out of our control. You will need to respond in the PayPal dispute that you opened. If you require any further response from us please feel free to send a reply to the ticket in our support desk, as WHT is not a proper place to communicate with us.
