You mentioned that you have your own key. Are you using a self signed certificate or another certificate from Comodo or RapidSSL. If you are using self-signed you will need to create a certificate/key pair. Go ahead and look at this if you are doing self-signed. Might help with some of the missing pieces.

You will need to share additional information for people on the forum to assist you. Can you share the domain that you are having issues with? Did you get the Private Key from the CSR that you generated to use with the Comodo Certificate? If so you just need to set that key inside /usr/local/directadmin/conf/cakey.pem. Then you need to combine your Comoodo certificate with your proper CARoot and CAIntermediate certificates. This process is described here (https://support.comodo.com/index.php...from-crt-files). Once you combine all that information, then you can place it inside /usr/local/directadmin/conf/cacert.pem as described in the first tutorial that you sent.

I got what you mean.
But I did not save the CSR I used..
Any way to retrieve it?

You actually don't need the CSR just the key that was generated with it. This should have been saved separately on your server.

Hello,
You will need to regenerate the CSR and reissue the certificate using that on comodo. This time make sure you save the private key and use it while installing the certificate. there is no other way around.
Thanks
