554 5.7.1 Mail appears to be unsolicited?

I've gotten this error twice this morning: Both were UK companies. They contacted us. There was nothing "unsolicited" going on. The servers IPs are super clean. No issues to anyone else. What gives?

Check that you aren't sending mail to a SPAMTRAP. http://www.uceprotect.net/en/index.php

I don't see where that is. The server is not listed on UCEProtect, and is only for email. As it turns out, those "two" UK companies are in reality the same UK company. So I'm betting their own server is the fubar one, as this is not an issue with anyone else.
