Hosting reseller provider with graduated disc space instead of blocks

| A few days ago I came across a website that offered reseller plans that billed only for the web space used in say 5Mb increments on a sliding scale, instead of the traditional 50Gb, 100Gb, 200Gb blocks. And I did not bookmark the website.
Anyone heard of that or the website? All I can remember is there were flash panels that also included a cloud type reseller hosting environment, where the disc allocation is between several servers instead of one, and should one fail, only accounts there are affected by outages until it is repaired and the backups installed.

| Correction: more so cPanel accounts are allocated between multiple servers, not disc space in say 5Mb increments. The incremental disc space billing is for the entire monthly reseller account per se.
And there was another flash panel on that website about a server being full and something about like half the accounts being moved to a new server. My recollection is a little fuzzy but I was very impressed. Linux cloud reseller hosting with cPanel/WHM environment with very economical monthly billing and automated management for us resellers!

| PS that cloud webhosting reseller provider (website I visited then forgot to bookmark) must have been using the embedded version of zuora for the cloud billing system from the looks of things

| Found the website after all. It was Resell.biz when you click on (cheap) Reseller Hosting, then click on Learn More, the flash panels open up.
The reason I didn't bookmark them was they didn't accept PayPal.
