Good day to all,
I signed up because I felt compelled to share the great experiences I have had with HudsonValleyHost so far.
I had browsed webhostingtalk for hours on end trying to find a good and reliable yet cheap webhosting service to fit my needs (for myself, just some basic needs with some decent traffic but with all the goodies that come with accounts nowadays of course). I was reading this website every night for almost a couple months, so also thanks to you webhostingtalk and staff. It helped me make my decision after narrowing down a pool of 30, to 15, to 5, to 1.
To make a long story short, I went ahead in early February and signed up for a reseller through Hudson valley Host. I took advantage of a deal they were giving and os far two months in it has been great. They have helped me with all of my questions, the chat support, while not 24/7, is still typically around a lot. They have never lost thier patience with me over even the smallest and paranoid question I may have had. After basically spying on them for two months to test the waters, They have won my full approval and I hope it continues. I recently took off my "placement page" and had them reset my account and start from scratch because they are who I am going to be with for a while.
Special Thanks to Ernie who helped expedite this process for me, and honestly, the customer service is awesome. Between offering to set up my nameservers, or helping me with all of my questions,a nd even trying to briefly educate me in the process, I feel almost like I am underpaying for the service they have provided to me thus far. I also tracked my homepage down time and it was only down for a brief amount of minutes right after I enrolled but they did notify me of maintenance, and overall id say it was just a few minutes.
With so much bashing online and so many to choose from, I truely felt I found a great company to work with based on my small business needs.
Thank you to the Webhost Talk team as well as the hudson valley host team. You have made this fairly new process to me very smooth.
After reading hundreds of posts over the course of January I know I will have ot verify my review and business with them and I would be delighted to in re: any board mods on here who need me to verify.

Honestly so far the service has what made me post this. The chat service has been nothing short of superb. I'm not blind to the fact i can be annoying at times on the chat but every chat rep has been so cool and patient, I am sending some new business over your way.
I have noticed chat availability seems to be more so in the evenings and night time then the day time, which is perfect for me, but just wondering why? then again maybe that is just me because I dont visit the host home page much.
Anyway, thanks again, i really appreciate the help the other night switching my acct out.
I verified my post via WHT email, and I cant thank WHT enough for the services they provide as well by allowing us, the readers, to feel out which business may be best for us to use.

Normally our live chat is open a lot more but we have a staff member that has been away due to personal matters. Our help desk is guaranteed to be covered 24/7 though.
