UK based hosting

Can anyone recommend a UK based reseller host except EZPZ, Innohosting, Eleven2?
Required - speed, uptime, live customer support - and a good one
I need a basic plan, 30+ GB space and 100+ BW but plan to upgrade to a bigger plan later. Budget not important.

Everything time I checked Live Chat was never on? You have also removed the Live Chat link from your homepage?

It's online most of the time, we use Olark so it's only shown on the site when we're on. It's not 24/7 but when ticket response times are just a couple of minutes 24/7 it's not a huge problem.

OP did put "live customer support" as a requirement.

Live chat is preferable, but not required 24/7. If ticket responses are fast, it doesnt really matter that much.
Ok now, how about some suggestions?

I'm sorry, but you're very wrong. InnoHosting provides 24x7x365 technical support via live chat, telephone (toll free) and ticket/email.

Actually I've found your Live Chat to be down quite a few times. But you offer phone support where as other providers don't. So it's all good.

I check our live chat reports at the end of every day, it hasn't been down.
Just by visiting someones website a few random times doesn't really make you qualified to be making such bold points about them, especially in a negative light to only just flash your sig. You've spread incorrect information about two companies now already on this thread..

There is a good difference between providing accurate information and lying outright about your competitors just to flash your signature.

I agree with you though Rameen, I suppose I shouldn't have said you don't offer Live Chat from only seeing it down a few times. Apologies. I didn't get info wrong about EZPZHosting though. Anyway, I'll know to check contact page in future. Awaits infraction. Grrr.

Dan, I respect EZPZHosting and may use it myself, but I have to agree with HostXNow's assessment, I have been to your site no less that 17 times on different days this week hoping to catch your live chat online and I have never once seen it online. It would be almost better to completely remove it as I had read your message saying you do have it, and it is better to know it doesen't exisist then to try to keep coming back to never see it.

I agree it's not online as much as I'd like it to be but it is used - now that we've started using Olark in the last week and moved away from the broken WHMCS chat it'll be online much more than previously.

UPDATE: Based on this promise, I joined your family today Dan and purchased your "Professional" reseller. I'll hold you to your promise and be checking back to see that you get your chat support online more often and update this post with what I find (online chat support is extremely important to me )

Incase, as yet you haven't chosen a supplier, have a look at qualityservers.co.uk, I registered for an account using a coupon code in the reseller hosting offers section. I have spoken to Todd at support quite a bit to get accounts transferred and resolve issues, overall they are very professional and friendly, with a fast account setup.
