You might like to consider removing old kernels which you're no longer using. I suggest keeping at least 1 old kernel (as well as the one you have now) incase you need to revert for any reason.
That will free up space in /boot

Thanks Ethernet Servers,
but before I start to do any thing should I let the server management team to look at? incase of I don't have any experience about these stuffs of solving the "yum codes"
because once I have already let the management team fix that error but it is showing again after few days!!
Thanks,
Khan

It's not an error per se, it's just a case of regular maintenance in cleaning up old or unused kernels. You mentioned that it happened again a few days later after being fixed which sounds like another kernel -may- have been installed since the maintenance was performed, which could cause /boot to fill up again.
Your server management team should know how to take care of this for you with no problem. It's pretty basic maintenance.

Now all the sites are down on that server.
Clients calling me directly on my phones that they can't reach to my email on the main domain of wphunger.com they are asking me what happened. But I don't know how to tell and what to tell them.
But server management team told me that they are doing FSCK since morning, and now it is evening and still down whole server.

the FSCK is most likely running on all partitions, as the /boot partition is small in most cases (256-512 MB). you can disable running the FSCK on reboot after N days of uptime by editing /etc/fstab.
when your server is online, please connect via ssh and post the disk usage of the /boot partition (cd /boot; du -sh *)

It was a simple case of /boot partition filling up to its maximum capacity, why did anyone have to run the fsck. As Ethernet Servers mentioned, you had to simply remove the old unused kernels keeping the the one that is in use and another old kernel.

Is it a third-party management team or your own employees?

do you have backups?
ask them to reboot the server in rescue mode and disable auto fsck.

After two days server down and got this in email (personal email), I agreed to their offer but wanted to let you guys know that what happened. below is the detail that i got responsed to me.
"I*spent*all day today with the techs*to fix the issue but I can confirm that the server in the current state its*impossible*to be*restored.
The file system*and the boot-loader*is*corrupted, so its impossible to mount the storage for reinstall the grub. Also its impossible for reinstallation to be issued as the server is partitioned by LVM partition and its not auto-recognised from the system, I hope you can*understand. We have submitted a bug report to cPanel so they can fix the problem in their next release.
What we can offer today: The same server specs, but hosted in our secure cloud platform, with accelerated RAID 10*storage and your choice of US or UK location. Plus, a FREE 250GB remote backup server for your data. And as a bonus, a free month of servers, you only have to pay for license and management.
We are sorry for the inconvenience, data loss and downtime caused and hope that it'll never happen again."

Get some backup server my friend and make sure regular backups are created. You may have to face such situations again, but with backup, you will have peace of mind.

Thanks for the advice, I have got 250gb backup now. But there are some things that I am not sure about. The processor and the memory seems to be not the same as before.
Will see for few days if this server is not even close to the last one, then i will update the thread.
