250GB webspace and 2,500gb bandwidth for less than $30? IMO it's a lot for too little..I'd recommend thoroughly reading through the ToS before signing up..

I agree. You need to know exactly what you need and according to that you need to ask your web hosting company (prospective) if that all will be possible

They've been around a few years. That makes them seasoned veterans in the industry.

Try search on http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php to find reviews that made about them.

They have been around for years (12 to be exact) and are an Australian based company. You will find plenty of client reviews as they rank high on google and get a lot of cheap clients.
I do find it astounding though that such a company hasn't actually grown away from shared hosting. If you look at their reviews you will wonder why too.

They are too expensive, $3.75 for 2GB of disk space that's a ripoff.

I had account there 1 year before. I didn't like their support. I don't know if they improved it now.

I agree - that's a lot of overselling for a very low price. I'd probably be weary of this

It sounds bad. You may contact them in detail.(ex. CPU usage) Their packages... cost too little.

They as any other web hosts should have moneyback guarantee policy. I suppose one month is enough to understand how they are doing
