I'm looking for reseller hosting package in LA or other west coast datacenter of USA.

| hosts can't contact you. And no one can pm you anyway, you don't have enough privileges.
As for finding a host, look around, plenty of hosts have west coast locations. Are you looking for anything else? Such as pricing, specs, etc.?

Why an LA datacenter? Are you hosting Asian clients?
How much space and bandwidth do you need?
What control panel are you looking for?

| There are lots of companies with space in LA.
The reason we ask your budget and other specs is that there's no use sending you to a host that charges $20/mo if your budget is only $10/mo.
If you're looking for unlimited space/bandwidth, there's no point recommending particular hosts who place a limit on disk space and bandwidth.

| I'll add on to scott by saying, stay away from offers that look too good to be true. If it looks like someone is offering you a dedicated server at a shared hosting price, then you should run the other way.
Other than that, you should ask your potential host questions, to get an idea of how they handle things.
