| Im a new westnic reseller and my sites have gone down, now for approx 20-30 mins
Even their support forum is down and tickets are down. No contact email from them. Anyone else had this problem with westnic. i researched them on here and it looked like they where good, but perhaps not?

| did I say 20 mins... I should have said 2 hours according to my tech guy
Yeah their front page was fine. But support.westnic net was down for that period.

| Yeah. Just checking through emails now. we had our first complaint at 9.53am (australian time) and our sites and theirs didn't come back up until 11.50am (aest)
lodged a support ticket with westnic, their response was ... sites where only down for 17 mins....errr wtf
