Is this realistic or is this reseller offer (from this forum) not trusted? & more Q's

I noticed xwebhosting offer in reseller section:
Cant find to much info about them from this forum.
One example plan (stats from 9 dollars) :
Can this be real or is it overselling by some company that might just close up one day and run off whit the money lol?
1. First why would company take name that can not be marketed well or separated from others?
I mean they own only .org & .info domain name - is that normal behavior?
2. They are 3 years old company, they say they have near 600 000 satisfied costumers but in same time they are virtually unknown.
3. Is these review sites reliable at all where they list them-self:
http://www.web-hosting-top.com/web-h...ng.org-reviews
http://xwebhosting.webhost.org/reviews/index
http://www.webhostingstuff.com/company/XWebHosting.html
http://www.hostreviewsite.com/reviews/XWeB-Hosting
but in here it says they only have like 10000 websites hosted:
http://www.hostpulse.com/hosting/dir...tail/3747.html and that they started like 2005 not 2006...
4. According to alexa the pagerank is 2 & page-views is about 460 per day (compared to pg 7 & 200 000 - 1 000 000 visits per day on other larger hosts).
Even if only ONE client per year would visit their website - they would get 3 times more visits then current page-views
6 so on & so on...
So what feelings people have about this setups and company background ?
Sounds like total joke to me but i might be pessimist lol
(other then that I'm looking as good option as possible for reseller account, here is some details:
- as much storage, bandwhit as possible, (hard to sale 10GB storage even if 90% people will not ever use as much)
- cpanel/manager/billing system, flexibility,
- strong servers (ffmpeg would be extra sweet...),
- unlimited domains (up to 1000),
- Option for dedicated IP, free domains would not hurt
- one account up to 30-50 people would be enough (mostly for my own clients, friends and their firms i know i would offer hosting - so it must be weary reliable because they know where i live lol).
- Also one small local social networking site/forum will be hosted there.
Budget is around 50 dollars) and would be good if host is not to paranoid about the content.
Is there any other important details i missed for looking a host? There is so many options under resellers... i keep looking
Notes: xwhostserver xwebnetwork xwebhosting

Intuition doesn't lie If you don't trust the company before you're even with them, then you're probably going to run into troubles.
Your budget seems very reasonable so I'm sure you can find a host that you're confident in.

To be honest you guys are already in my "special list" after looking your specs on this post - how many sites you run of this specs on reseller?
I just discovered also ******* (cant find info about their servers...) - i'm comparing them and some other providers... but yeah, sweet set-up you have
How picky you are about content and links (well i do not want to host any pirated software or viruses or anything, but one of the forums might have links to some webistes/files that might not be fine whit every server)? + One of the websites what my client has is a bit "hippy" so i think Amsterdam or offshore hosting sounds good to be safe.

1. the domain could be from personal preference.
2. You'd be surprised how many big companies are still unknown. You could always ask them for proof.
3. some reviews may be legit but the only way to tell is to know the person that made the review .
4. Alexa is not accurate. I have a gaming forum that gets a LOT more traffic than alexa ever pointed out.
5. You could contact them and see how they respond to you. You could learn a lot about someone through the way they talk to you.
I have no personal exp with this company, but I was just generally answering some of the questions you had. The answers could apply to many other hosts/sites.

Just ask xwebhosting what their nameserver is.
You can then do a whois search and find out how many domains use that nameserver.
