| It's best to avoid trying to host large proxy sites that get huge traffic spikes. You'll also need to find a way to carefully monitor your clients as proxies can be abused and used for illegal or unethical means. Placing proxy clients on servers separate from regular shared clients is a good start.

| I think the only way to prevent it is only allow people to pay if they upload a id and only use it for themselves. other then that I have not seen a host deal with abuse other then suspend them the instant it happens.

| Proxy hosting is good idea but can be used for illegal actions.
Be sure to watch your clients and traffics so you can suspend them if they misused it.
