Hello,
Kindly let me know the settings in order to make php secure on IIS 6.0 and IIS 7.0

Surprisingly Microsoft post ways to secure PHP with IIS, it may be basic but it's something. You can also take in account all the other PHP security checks since it's the same interpreter that's installed on all other machines.

Thats one of the steps towards security in webserver and more or less the same settings as in any LAMP server as well.
But you should be concerned about the overall security of the windows server as well. Stuff like Logging, request filtering should not be ignored

Look at securing your server more, most attacks come through open ports or outdated software.
