CSF Firewall Issue

I'm running a cPanel shared server with Configserver CSF Firewall. It was working fine in the past 24 hours, and all of a sudden I no longer receive LFD emails such as root access alert.
WHM is showing that both CSF and LFD are running, but I don't receive any emails whenever there is any firewall activity.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Maybe it is an obvious check, but have you checked your spam/junk folders? Do you receive other emails from the server (for example messages sent from PHP scripts or from webmail). Is the mail service working on your server?

Managed to get this fixed by manually setting the LF_ALERT_TO and LF_ALERT_FROM fields in the firewall configuration page.

We have also seen this happen if the email in the basic configuration of your WHM is changed.
