Thread is like 3 years old. Most likely a firewall blocking it.

Disable firewall for sometime and try to recreate an account. If this issue still persists then I would suggest you to submit a ticket with WHMCS support and see if they provide you any solution.

Firewall Is ok, since issue is happening only sometimes. some of the time It is getting executed, I don't think that issue is with WHM, if we assume issue is with WHM then I must have faced same issue while executing cPanel order as well.

You sure it's not your host? http://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.p...d-(eProcessing) May help. Someone with a similar issue

I had an issue like yours, simply add your WHMCS servers IP to the CPhulk allowed list from WHM, it must never repeat again after you do this.

Generally this happens if the connection is blocked between WHMCS server and your Plesk server. If you face this problem again, check the logs from Plesk server and if possible try to access your Plesk server from WHMCS server via SSH (if it is Linux). Definitely it's a sporadic connection problem between two servers.
