Syslog not updated

| My syslog has not been updated sice 5 July so I ran to check it status but terminal don't give me any output. It used to work but not anymore.
I'm running debian wheezy. I'm not sure what the next step I should do. Please help me troubleshoot this and thanks in advance.

| Apparently the logging problem started after I update Debian Squeeze to Wheezy.
I found the solution in Debian forum:
