| Well I know my host only charged $2 for the IP, and normal hosting costs... its pretty cheap

Some hosts even bundle dedicated IP addresses in their reseller plans. Simply dig around here, and find a a reseller web host that does this, and you should be gold

| Almost any reseller hosting company will provide you with a dedicated IP upon request. particular ones will charge a small monthly fee.
