Any specific control panel installed on your server ? It depends on the control panel architecture as well.

I am agree with MilesGeek. It depends on the type of control panel you use. The steps to create email IDs are different based on control panel.

First you must park a domin in your server and create email for the domain an also point the MX record of the domain to your server IP. Follow this step.
