I am one of this misfortunate ones who was with Serverway.net/PC-Plan.com. Nothin gbut trouble passsed few months, no support, looks like they are dead. I registered my domain with them and pointed it to their servers. How can i redrirect it if i cant get into serverway to do it or contact them? Is there somewhere else i can go to point my domain to another host? cheers- Aussi

You will need to change the domain dns in order to point the domain elsewhere. If your hosting account is active, you can create a page redirecting your website to a different domain. The best option is contact them, unlock domain, obtain authentication code and transfer away. Any domain providers should provide customers a control panel to manage domains online.

You may need to contact the actual registrar of record and prove you own it. Do a lookup on the domain and find the registrar they used (Enom, GoDaddy, etc). Contact them, explain the domain registrar you used has vanished and provide proof you own the domain, and they may be able to help you.

Ohh, that is a bad situation. The only thing you can do is contacting the actual registrar as bear suggested. Your new host has nothing to do in this situation. Do your domain shows your name on a whois query? You can check this at http://whois.sc I believe you will be able to get it sorted out at the registrar.
