Resellers offering SWSoft sitebuilder on linux

Hello all, Is anyone currently on a reseller plan offering SWSoft sitebuilder on linux where published sites work without php related issues? I have a reseller account with hostnine right now but am having problems getting the php generated from the swsoft sitebuilder to run. The funny thing is that in the sitebuilder preview mode everything works but when the site is published to the server, we see all kinds of php issues in error logs. Hostnine was very good about the support and replied promptly to all my issues but between me and the support guy we simply could not get it work. (all kinds of issues from XSLT functions not found messages, eventhough they were installed, to others). I could spend my time downloading the generated code, installing matching php runtimes and debugging, but I don't want to get into all that as the whole point of sitebuilders was to simplify life for clients. Hostnine made an announcement on their blog that they are switching to rv sitebuilder, which I am not fond of at all. I really like swsoft's builder and hence am reaching out to the community here. So, long story short: does your reseller plan offer swsoft sitebuilder on linux and have you deployed sites that use their eShop and image gallery modules successfully on your provider's servers? thank you. mo

Just wanted to let you know we're not switching to RV Site Builder, we're actually offering both of them so customers have more options to choose from. As for the PHP issues, please PM me your ticket number so we can get to the bottom of that. I'm sure with PHP5 and some recompiling it will work like a charm :-)

Hey, thanks for replying. I can't PM you as I am a new member to this forum (they require 5 posts before PM privileges). So I will give you my ticket id here: YLM-265906. Sorry, I wouldn't do it here if I had PM permissions. All the history is in the ticket, but to save you time: If you goto the Product Catalog or eShop php page from a browser, you will get a blank page and when you look at the error log, this xslt issue is shown: "PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function xslt_create() in /home/fakhar/public_html/include/SB/Modules/GUI/Xml/Object.php on line 64" thanks again.

That that means HostNine reseller plans fully support SWsoft Sitebuilder? I'm using HostGator right now and I'm sure they are both equally good on their support and service quality. I just need a reseller plan with unlimited domain name that have Swsoft Sitebuilder readily installed and running correctly. Please let me know if you do and I will switch to your company right away.

hostnine, I'm in the same boat as naichunlei, I too currently host with hostgator.com and found your company with researching hosts that support swsoft's SiteBuilder 4. Any more info you can share with us regarding this topic would be greatly appreciated. Are all your servers in FL? Thanks, Marc
