Squid proxy help needed

| Hi,
I want to setup my VPS as proxy server. I have few queries if any expert can guide me:
1) If I get 50 IP addresses for VPS then can I make those IP addresses as 50 proxies?
Example:
1.1.1.1:80
OR
1.1.1.1:3125
2) Can I install squid proxy on Windows Server?
3) What is minimum required RAM for Squid proxy?
4) Can I set ip address(proxies) as HTTP?

1) Yes this can be done via squid configs
2) Yes you can, personally never tried to
3) To start with I wouldn't imagine it would need a great deal, 512MB to 1GB, but in future you will need to increase when you have many more users using it.
4) Yes quid supports HTTP, HTTPS, FTP etc

| Thanks for message. I have installed SQUID proxy on Windows server, please help me how to add ip addresses to squid and how to authenticate client/user by ip address.

| I have managed it to work. But, it is picking all of assigned IP addresses, please let me know if there is any way to exclude any ip from squid proxy?
