Moving from BudgetHost, looking for similar provider

| Alright, I've had enough of the ridiculous amount of downtime with BudgetHost after Greg left, and I'm starting to look for a new reseller host with similar pricing and features.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

| The new host that bought it confirmed he has sold it and left.
This is a big transition, so I'm sure they will sort it out soon..

| Yeah, I received an email talking about the transition shortly after I tried emailing Greg to see if there was a problem with the server. It's been too much headache for me. I'm on a reseller account now, as I had planned on hosting some other websites as well (I still do) but I'm glad that I haven't been. I'm not sure exactly how much downtime there's been, but it seems like its down at least once a week for an unknown amount of time. One outage corrupted one of my databases. After that I said to myself "one more outage and I'm outta here" and that came this morning.
Anyways, here's my requirements:
Same pricing: $60 /yr I believe it was
MySQL database support
1GB disk space
20GB transfer
PHP5
Server in Canada (if possible, doesn't HAVE to be)
Pretty basic.

| Your requirements are basic and any host will be able to provide them. But I would suggest you to increase your budget a little more if you are looking for a more reliable host. Or you will eventually end up in a similar host.
