Only I can get onto cPanel? HELP!

Posted by Localnode, 08-26-2012, 07:47 AM Ask your client to access it via the IP with HTTPS (when I tried this earlier it didn't work, now it works, same goes for the nl1.curiosityhosting.com:2083, earlier this did not work from proxy/main connection). cPanel isn't listening on the unsecure port for some reason. Beyond that, try restarting cPanel. Also do netstat -l |grep 2083 If nothing is returned, then for some reason cPanel isn't running on your box. Try this: pico /etc/cpupdate.conf change CPANEL= to CPANEL=release save, close & /scripts/upcp Now give logging into cPanel another shot and execute the netstat command again as well.
