Virtuoso Net Solutions = Horrible Service

There are only a few things that I regret in life, but one is the fact that I did not to enough research prior to selecting my latest hosting company. I only wish that I came across WHT earlier. If you are considering signing up with Virtuoso Net Solutions, please read this thread as well as the following threads: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...+net+solutions http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...+net+solutions http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...+net+solutions http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...+net+solutions http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showth...+net+solutions I signed up with a Reseller Account and had continuous problems since the start. Mostly were email related. It seemed like I was contacting support every other day. They kept trying to tell me it was a problem on my end. However, after I was fed up with Virtuoso's service and switched hosts, I had absolutly no problems. Now I wouldn't be angry if that was the only problem with the company. The true problem is the ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE customer service from Virtuoso Net Solutions. Doesn't this guy know how to treat a customer? Doesn't this guy know that "word of mouth" is the best advertising? Here are some of the comments from VNS Support: There are plenty more examples of this horrible customer service, but I would be typing forever. I can't believe this company is still in business. I tried to get a refund be he refused. I tried to cancel my account, but they charged me for another month. This has been one of my worst experiences ever!

You should submit a ticket with your domain name to validate this review...

I just left them. I had a VPS with them after reading the bad reviews and decided to see how it went. I got brute forced all the time (about 8 times my current provider) and it cost about 4 times as much. The only time I needed to contact support (phone never worked btw) was to cancel. They were extremely rude and self minded with their reply and stated that anyone else was essentially inferior and that I, the customer, was wrong to quit. I couldn't reply since I was already terminated! Fancy website though... :-)

I have just looked through all the posts with neg reviews and just can't get my head round why they treat customers so poorly. Sounds to me like the Sales/Support department is ran by a couple of 12 year olds, I mean what is all this threatening to call the police etc If they carry on treating customers like this, I dont think it will be long until we see them dissapear. Want another laugh? Go to their status page http://www.virtuosonetsolutions.com/status.htm Every single uptime link has been deleted!!

It is quite incredible the amount of negative things we hear about this company.

Where do I do that? Sorry I am new here. My domain is covantagedesigns.com By the way, I switched to Host Gator after reading their reviews on WHT and I am very satisfied.

You can do that at http://www.webhostingtalk.com/helpdesk/ Or just click the "report" button in one of the posts in this thread Best of luck with Hostgator, be sure to post a review on them based on your experience in a few months! Last edited by WireNine; 04-04-2007 at 04:08 PM.
