EuroVPS: One thing to say... I'm very impressed!

Hello, I just thought that it would be worthwhile mentioning here the service provided by EuroVPS. I have been looking at their offerings for months and decided to use my easter week-end to transfer all my domains to their company. Sunday 10am (bank holliday and sunday...) I decided to purchase a reseller Account. Since I could not connect to the control panel, I raised a ticket which has been answered within 2h on a sunday and told me that I will be able to contact someone on Monday morning to know why my payment has been refused (I already guessed the answer at that point... using a French Credit Card when you live in England...) Anyway, this morning I sent an email to the advised address and within 15min, I received a phone call. I clarified the situation of me being French and living in England and everything was sorted in 2min, the account open. I quickly added a new domain and was trying ssh into this new account without luck. I raised a ticket, got an answer within 15min or so... replied to it and got a second phone call to clarify the issue. I need SSH to manage my forum/upgrade it/etc. so I had to ask for a cancellation of order since the website did not mention that SSH is not available anymore on shared servers and that upgrading to a VPS what out of question due to my budget. So there you go a third phone call to confirm the cancellation. I have been with several hosts and will still be moving to a new one in a close future, but I have never been provided such a good quality service! So it might look weird to have a non-customer praising EuroVPS but even after this when I should be a really angry and unhappy customer, the way they dealt with this issue really impress me! First class service really... I hope I will be able to find another hosting company with such service and within my budget, which allows ssh / redundant mysql / etc... Regards, Ludovic Coumétou

Nice to see a review focusing in your experience and not ranting about what was not offered! By the way I'm a big fan of mythtvtalk.com

I'm glad someone appreciated the review and I'm even more glad when it's a MythTVtalk.com (btw, in one month it's our 3rd anniversary and I hope to have a new hosting company by then!) Cheers, Ludo
