| On my forum, I am getting lots of these entries of people accessing my site:
ec2-50-19-15-233.compute-1.amazonaws.com
What are they?

| Bots from amazon by the looks looks.
The second result in Google for
amazonaws.com
for me is

| That's a virtual machine from AWS. It's most likely assigned to one of their clients. It's whatever the client decides to use that node for. Web crawler, proxy, etc.

| Yep - no way to tell simply from the address what they are - this is presumably just something running on EC2. If you're worried about them, you'll need to look at what they're doing instead of where they're from.
