http://wiki.openvz.org/Download/template/precreated the centos templates in there have apache installed so when the vps is build Apache is running and installed already are there other templates without Apache

Install the template you want, remove apache, then recreate the template.

If you don't want apache then uninstall apache through this command It is best way rather than finding new template without apache, Thanks
