SpamAssassin & Comcast Mail

Does SA ignore some rules by default if the sender is a common domain (e.g., @comcast.net)? Do I need to tune up my config? One of my clients who's having her Comcast mail forwarded to a cPanel IMAP account, is receiving spam getting past Exim even while having about 10 custom RBLs in place. I've only had one junk mail issue, and it was with a fresh cPanel install on a server/ip that was new to me, without proper tweaking to Exim...sooo, what's next? --John

Comcast mail forwarded to cPanel? OR cPanel mail forwarded to Comcast? Are the spam emails sent to the comcast address or to the cPanel address?

Look at the headers. Are the spam emails sent to the comcast address or to the cPanel address?
