Some clients can't access my network

Hey, I'm working with a business and none of their dev team is able to access my network from their offices or from their home network. I'm having no problems with other clients and businesses. My servers are all up and the network is stable. What could be causing this?

check firewalls at your end and at their end also. whether you network is blocking connecting from them.
