A "cheap" reseller is no longer an option.

My luck with web hosts is horrible, both my mental health and my wallet are tired of taking chances with "cheap" hosts. I'm looking for a reliable host that can offer the following:
5GB+ Space
50GB+ Bandwidth
10+ Domains
Unlimited MySQL, Subdomains, e-mail
cPanel prefered (willing to try another CP/WHM if you can provide a link to a demo)
TLD, SSL, and Host Billing app is a bonus
Private Nameservers
Right now my priorities are Support>Reliability>Price so if you can't guarantee 24x7 support or 99.9% uptime FOR MY SITE then don't advertise it! Give me REAL numbers to get an idea. Can this be done for <$20/m? Any advice/suggestions are welcome!

Can this be done for less than $20/m? For me, I'd say no though some other host may be able to offer this. I wouldn't rely too much on support, especially 24/7 since $20 for your requirements is kind of pushing it. You'd have to at least double that. Do take a look in the offers section and you might find something. Good luck!

I see, thanks for the reply, I will adjust my original post in hopes to make it more realistic then.

I think your requests are very reasonable and you should be able to get a good stable host for what you want to pay. I would look for reviews on hosts before choosing one and submit a support ticket to see what their response time is.

I think this is very possible, alot of hosts should be willing to work with customers on any type of custom plan. That is my own opinion though. I know this can be done though.

It can be done for less than $20 a month, but that would still be a 'cheap' plan who's reliability and quality would be less predictable.

Dont feel too badly - most who rely on their services and require stability eventually come to a similar conclusion
Honestly - double this budget at least if you want to increase your probability of finding a reliable provider....
If you want a reliable, inclusive, automated solution - you should consider solutions like Helm (windows only), plesk or hsphere...

Probably you will be able to find a reputable and reliable host around that price (give it or take), however, I suggest you an strong research before signup, there are many good host, with a lot of good reviews on this forum, it does take some job to find them, but with a little luck you'll to find your next host.
Good luck in your search!

It's possible, but look around for what suits you. I'd take a look in the offers section.

I've seen requirements that were truly crazy. Yours seem in the reasonable realm to me. I think you can find what you're after, even more so if "overselling enabled" is not a requirement. Do try to keep towards the top of the budget and the lower end of your requirements.

ResellerZoom
Not too cheap, but by far the best quality service I've had in a while.

My opinion:
The more expensive the hosting gets the better guarantee it will be reliable but you will find times when it is not.
For example:
I run a hosting company I charge $50 per account for a reseller account that competitors are offering for $5/month. I still put 200 accounts on the same spec server along with that I spend the same amount on support and any other expense. So at the end of the day only difference about me is how much profit I have.
So the way I see it whether it's cheap or expensive I'd go with a host who has the recommendations of users whether it be on web hosting talk or around the internet. Of course even then there is no guarantee your experience will be good but that's just the way service business works in general.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I found a host thanks to the help of this site and a member on it. I decided to go with BudgetReseller.com's deal in the "Offers" forum after hearing some recommendations and doing some research. It's not much lower than I was looking for but if the service and support as as good as I've read/heard then I'll gladly spend double what I paid to upgrade to a bigger space when needed.
