Equinix, ServerCentral or Liquidweb
Posted by kentcounty, 02-07-2007, 08:58 PM |
Can anyone recommend a well established hosting provider, that offers linux reseller hosting (cpanel/whm), and utilizes datacentres at Equinix, ServerCentral or Liquidweb? I`ve had good experience with these DC`s.
I don`t mind paying the extra for a good service. I`m not interested in a here today, gone tomorrow type of business or one that takes years to respond to enquiries, one man teams (who claim to be tecs, sales, billing etc).
The only ones I`ve pinned down are:
HostForWeb (servercentral)
Power360Hosting (Equinix)

Equinix is a datacenter while Servercentral (and I believe LiquidWeb) are service providers.
Servercentral is in the Equinix datacenters.
Power360Hosting (Defender Hosting/PowerVPS) is also in the Equinix datacenters.

Could you provide some more information about your budget and specific hosting requirements? Your ideal host choice will vary upon what you're looking to have hosted.

To be clear, Liquid Web also has 2 of its own data centers.

Doesn't LW offer reseller hosting?

They do not. LW only offers shared hosting, vps, and dedicated servers. Since they own the datacenters, I assume their main target market is dedicated servers.
