Cheating Affiliate

Hello,
We are running a file host service and we are paying our affiliates with an amount of money per 1000 downloads. Today we noticed something really weird on how a user is achieving his downloads. Referrers show that all IPs belong to Opera.com.
Does anyone know how could this happen? Example of IP's: 141.0.9.121, 141.0.9.204, 141.0.11.69, 141.0.10.77.
Thanks!

Opera's mobile browser goes through a proxy. Maybe that's what you are seeing? What's the browser identifying itself as?

As trustedurl posted, Opera Mini goes through a proxy, and depends on device but would identify itself along the lines of:
If all or most downloads from one affiliate however are coming back as Opera IP's, that's probably not genuine.

Thank you everyone! Indeed it was Opera Turbo! Looks like all requests go through Opera's servers.
Thanks again. Love WHT!
