CloudLinux

Does anyone know if CloudLinux allows you to set soft limits? I was thinking along the lines that if I had four clients on a quad-core server with 4GB of RAM, and two clients were using 1GB of RAM while the other two were using 512MB of RAM, either of the two heavier users could burst up to an extra GB, but should the smaller user need it, CL would kill the higher load site and give the resources to the smaller site that needs it.

I don't believe this is possible with CloudLinux - however I would recommend contacting them directly for an accurate answer to your question.

With CL u can limit users CPU/RAM. They cant use more CPU/RAM if they dont have in theirs accounts. If u limit 1 client to 1GB ramm - he cant use more then 1GB and so on.
Im using CL 6.2 and i dont have any problem for a while.
