| I want to sign up for a reseller account to hostnine.com because they have a good offer but I dont know anything about this company. Any experience with HOSTNINE.COM?

| Their site looks interesting, and they offer a lot of different services. It looks like they also come with everything you would need (in terms of billing system, merchant etc)... I would still probe their support to see how well they answer questions (and ask for uptime statistics)
Sample question you could ask: "i see you have daily backups, but do you also do monthly and weekly" or "are the backups off site?" etc.
I know this isn't what you were looking for, but I'm still diggin' for you.

| I have a reseller account with hostnine. The service and support has been better than I could imagine. They have "real" 24/7 support (chat, email, and phone) and the people know what they are talking about.
I would strongly suggest giving them a shot and letting everyone know what you think ;-)
Oh Yea... I am not the only happy hostnine customer on this form. Do a search a should be able to find other comments on them ;-)

| Hi all
I use hostnine as a reseller, there service, support and speed are fantastic.
I moved hosts several times until i found hostnine, Very Happy Now.
They are soon to lauch end user support which is very handy for new starters or limited time admins like myself.
