Did you manually edit your zone files or try to let cPanel provision it by adding a domain? May I suggest just contacting your provider and have them fix your dns issues? Also you really should glue different IPs rather than using the same for both name servers Also leafdns.com may provide you with better results.

This means your nameserver (by the way, you really should have at least two) is not doing anything. You might have assigned it as nameserver, but it is not running or not set up correctly to provide name information. You can start off by making sure your nameserver is okay.

can you ping google.com from your server?

Posted by SeriesN, 03-18-2012, 03:33 AM
After that, How many nameserver do you have on your whm? Have you registered the nameservers from your domain registrar?

Posted by kyro_02, 03-18-2012, 03:33 AM
sure can here is it: I have name servers at ns1.magandasol.com ip 103.4.17.138 I only set 1 name server in whm, I reinstalled the OS because I was hoping it'll fix things, i could possibly attach another ip to another nameserver, but should I do it anyway it it's not resolving yet?

Hi, I could see your name servers are not resolving to this IP that you have mentioned above. First you would need to register your ns1 - ( child name server) with your domain registrar with correct IP. Please check here - http://leafdns.com/index.cgi?testid=EE14B3AF hope this should help you now.
