| Further to my following post, I have put up another one with different title hoping more people would read it and offer suggestions:

I am looking for reseller accounts in countries outside US with high speed internet access: Canada, UK, South Africa, Germany, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Japan.
Here are my requirements:
1. They must have their data centers in their home countries (and not in the US!)
2. Reputable but affordable (may be <$10 / mth).
3. Run cPanel or WHM
4. Starting 2 GB storage, 20 GB data transfer. But upgradable later.
5. Site/support in English.

| http://hk.inscyber.net/ is in Hong Kong...try their site to see if they offer what you need.
