What do you consider cheap/affordable and how much diskspace/bandwidth? Without that information, no one can really recommend something based on your needs.

Have you taken a look at Innohosting.com?
They seem to offer just about everything you're looking for, except under their FAQ it states that they do not offer dedicated IPs.
Like Tina, we would need more information such as price as well as Space/Bandwidth.

If they don't offer dedicated IPs, yet he's looking for a dedicated IP...seems like that wouldn't be a good host for him?

Sorry, I don't fully understand, do you need a multiple domain account? or a reseller account?

Since this is the reseller forum, I take it he means the ability to host multiple domains under his main reseller account. Are you partial to any certain control panel? Also, specifics on what your bandwidth and storage space consumptions would be great in narrowing down some hosts. Just be sure that whoever you choose that you check with them and give them a nice talking to before signing up. This is a good way to get a feel for them.
Good luck! (Be sure to search for reviews here.)

ResellersPanel offers what you're looking for in both their free reseller and paid cPanel hosting services. I, too, am confused, though. Are you looking for a reseller account, or just a shared account?

Some people tend to drop one thing from a list if they think the host that they're inquiring on can provide everything else to a high standard.

I believe apeee needs a reseller account.
There's no point to request dedicated ip for private nameservers for a shared hosting account

I think so as well, but saying "affordable" is a general term and can mean different things to differnt people. To suggest any host, it is best to know the budget first.
