Hi, if i put a image on my site, 1. i paste it on my page directly. 2. i cut the image into 40 smaller images on the page. when people connect the page, will the load speed have difference ? will the page smaller images call server more times and make the server get high load ? thanx

General speed optimization rule is to reduce number of requests. Check different variants of your website with https://developers.google.com/pagespeed for hints.
