Reseller Hosting Question

| I had hosting at one point where in the WHM control panel I was able to transfer sites from another host into my reseller account.
My current reseller account does not allow me to do this. Are there any reseller hosts out there that have different features in WHM enabled or are they all the same?
Also how can I tell if I am using the latest version of WHM and cpanel.

| Different reseller accounts will have different features of WHM enabled or disabled. It depends on the provider. Ask your provider if they have the latest version of Cpanel. There are four different 'build types' of Cpanel (Edge, Current, Release, and Stable).

| Most hosts, if they don't offer this feature, will handle the transfer of accounts for you.

| Sounds to me like you had root access on the previous host, as I beleive that is only available with root access. Most hosts will transfer accounts for you though.

| It does depend from host to host but there are loads out there that, if they dont have the feature enabled for end users will provide a service to you where they do it for you either for free or for a small charge.
