about ELS?

Hi I used ELs on alot of servers to optimize my.cnf from monthes but but now when I do that els --optimizemysqlconf I get this error Checking MySQL version. This may take a few seconds... MySQL was not detected. Please ensure the MySQL-server RPM package is installed. anyone have a reason of that? thanks
