Affiliate cookies not set - their problem or mine?

NB: I posted this message in the wrong forum before but seeing as I cant move threads I have posted it here now. Sorry WHT!
Hi WHTites,
I have recently signed up to hostingzooms affiliate program and when I try out my affiliate link it seems that the affiliate cookie which should be getting set is not set in my browser.
I have tried both IE and Firefox and both seem not to get a affiliate cookie.
There should be a cookie with a value something like nav_id or dev_id but all i get is a PHPSESSID.
Would someone please visit this site (replace xxx with a random number please)
hostingzoom.com/ref/a.php?id=xxx
and tell me what cookies you get set for the hostingzoom domain.
Thanks very much!

Yes, I have. Im still waiting for them to reply after 48 hours. I wanted to see if it was an issue just with my computer or if other people experienced a similar thing.
Did you happen to visit the site?

I dont see anything in our affiliates dept queue waiting for a response. However I don't see our program being a problem as we have regular payouts every month and nothing about the program was changed since the last payments. Feel free to PM me the details of your email and I'll see to it that a response is given.
