where r u unifiednet support ?

| helo, i'm reseller of unifiednet
i've sent 3 email to unifiednet support( esupport@helpdeskcity.com ),
but no reply.
i sent it a week ago.
here is one of my email, please help me..
Dear Help Desk,
We are one of your reseller (idwebhost.com).
My Client have some problem with his DB WebAdmin.
He has login into PLESK > Databases > ketemujuga (database name) > DB WebAdmin
Then a new window pop up, showing him:
Error: Server user "ketemujuga" is not a valid user in database "KishRealestate".
Source .Net Sqlclient Data Provider
Besides, sure we have add "ketemujuga" username into "infokota" database (and we no bussiness with "KishRealestate" databases).
We need your hands for this problem.

| UnifiedNet, hmm... clicks a button in the memory. I have used UnifiedNet, they were one of my very first resellers. I knew the owner, he was good. Their support was good too (at that time), its not like them to leave a support ticket unattended.

| I would assume that the Aji has resolved any issues with them and is now in the safe hands.
